The client wanted a corporate website that is professional looking yet has a maverick-like unique quality. What I did was I painted up the site with a nice clean design and a sleek, easy-to-use flash navigation system at the bottom.
The challenge was to design and develop a video site from the ground up with an easy-to-use administration interface. What I did was I created the site using the Wordpress platform which was an interface that the client was familiar of using.
Because my blog talks about a number of different topics, I wanted my readers to have easy access to all of them. The result: A front page with a big section for featured articles on top and categorized posts at the bottom.
I wanted my blog to be a little different so I tried experimenting with colors and web design styles and got a dark yet stylish design. The big header on top was made to give that ‘wow’ factor as soon as visitors land and laid their eyes on my blog.
Basically, the client wanted a blog that is simple yet shouts out his personality. The result was a funky design with a bright blue background and rounded corners.
The challenge was to do an overall redesign of the blogsite and create a magazine-type theme but still recognizable as a blog.
I wanted to test my Photoshop skills so I tried copying a real life object and duplicating it using Adobe Photoshop. For this exercise I made use of a Nokia5300 mobile phone as my model to be copied.
The client specifically wanted a logo that incorporates the following words: “TV”, “fun”, “stylish” and “something-ish”. After a couple of drafts, I finally nailed the design especially with the “something-ish” part.
Same as the first one, Noemi wanted to show the theme of “family bonding” on her header. I carefully matched the colors on the header to the new theme she was planning to use.
Noemi wanted a soft and touching theme to go well with the theme of her blog. She also wanted to show the spirit of “family bonding” so I asked for some pictures of her family and it resulted to what you see now.
This is a clean theme with an eye catching navigation menu on the sidebar. All the ad placements in this theme are placed strategically to ensure higher click rates.
Reorganized theme sports a clean office look with folders as the background and a number of elements like paperclips and such. It has 3 columns, two for the sidebar, and is adsense optimized.
